TIG focuses on investing in sustainable residential and business communities with a focus on the improvement of the property and the community surrounding the area.
Trinity Investment Group's strategy is to focus on the operation and enrichment of value-add properties, strategic acquisitions, and strengthening of multi-family communities mainly in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Utah. In the near future, we are looking to expand our investment opportunities to other surrounding states.

Cynthia has over 20 years of experience as a business owner, educator, and leader in her community as an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the steering committee for Economic Development. With her expertise, Cynthia now runs the management and underwriting teams of Trinity Investment Group.

Alongside this business, David has also invested in real estate for 20 years with investments ranging from single family, condos, and multifamily. His focus now lies on growing the MF portfolio of Trinity Investment Group.
