Trinity Investment Group (TIG) is a privately held real estate investment company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. TIG invests in a multitude of properties with a strong emphasis in the multifamily market in the Midwest of the United States.
TIG focuses on investing in sustainable residential and business communities with a focus on the improvement of the property and the community surrounding the area.
Investment Strategy
Trinity Investment Group's strategy is to focus on the operation and enrichment of value-add properties, strategic acquisitions, and strengthening of multi-family communities mainly in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Utah. In the near future, we are looking to expand our investment opportunities to other surrounding states.
TIG seeks to invest in and develop properties located in markets with strong fundamentals and that meet the following criteria:
Target Markets:
- Secondary and tertiary markets in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Utah
Location Criteria:
- High civilian labor force
- Future job growth
- Strong renters population rate
- Accessibility to employers, schools, supermarkets, & medical facilities
- Low to median overall average cost of living
- Low crime rate

Cynthia has over 20 years of experience as a business owner, educator, and leader in her community as an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the steering committee for Economic Development. With her expertise, Cynthia now runs the management and underwriting teams of Trinity Investment Group.

David has been a business owner for 27 years in the medical device industry. For 20+ years, David was the Head of Sales as he increased the revenue of the business by 10x. Alongside this business, David has also invested in real estate for 20 years with investments ranging from single family, condos, and multifamily. His focus now lies on growing the MF portfolio of Trinity Investment Group.

For nearly a decade, Bryant has been working in the online space as a customer service rep, salesperson, and account manager. Taking that experience, Bryant is now an acquisition associate who receives properties and runs them through our initial underwriting process to determine if it is a property we would be interested in investing into.
